I teach women to understand their body and how to interrupt symptoms as valuable clues about their body's needs. Together, we gather all those clues to uncover the cause of concerns and bid farewell to bothersome symptoms.
I pride myself on providing a down-to-earth, judgment-free environment where clients can feel comfortable and supported at any stage of their health journey. My goal is to assist women in achieving their health goals in a way that suits how their brain works – one size does not fit all.
My favourite part about working with women is seeing the flow on effect that feeling better can have on their lives and the lives of those around them – this is especially true for mums who are often the cornerstone to their family’s health and happiness.
Too many women are putting up with symptoms and pushing through thinking they are “normal”. Not feeling like yourself is a good enough reason to investigate further. You deserve to feel supported, nourished and well rested.
Common reasons women seek out my help:
“My mission is to empower women to aim high when it comes to health, to not put up with symptoms that are supposedly "normal." I want to teach women how to intuitively understand what their body needs, to nourish themselves physically and emotionally and experience the ripple effect that takes place when women are operating at their full potential."

This introductory session gives you the chance to meet me, ask any questions, and determine if Naturopathy is the right path for you. If you're eager to dive in, feel free to skip to step 2.
During this one-hour consultation, we'll cover everything about your health, from what's bothering you now plus a review of your gut health, periods, sleep, mental well-being, diet, and any previous test results. We'll set treatment goals together to make sure we're on the same page and you'll leave with a personalised plan including a naturopathic prescription, diet and lifestyle advice, and suggestions for any potential further testing.
Repeat Consultations are usually every 3-6 weeks depending on the individual case and how much support you might need. These sessions allow us to review your progress, make any necessary adjustments to your plan, and continue working towards your goals.
I use a prescription service called Vital.ly which has access to a wide range of practitioner-only supplements. After our initial consultation, you will receive an email from Vital.ly with a link to set up a personal account with them. Follow the prompts to set this up and once completed your will have access to your prescription where you can view the products, place an order and have them delivered straight to you.
