Frequently Asked Questions

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy takes a holistic approach to healthcare that takes into account everything that makes up an individual- their physical health, emotional health and the environmental and social influences in their life. Naturopathy takes into consideration the entire body and all its body system to find the underlying cause of your condition. The two main areas of focus in Naturopathy are empowering and educating people to make dietary and lifestyle changes that are necessary to facilitate health, and supporting the body’s healing process with various herbs and supplements to enable optimal health.
